 Our Malawi Mission Partnership supports the Pastor’s Fraternal of Mstiliza and provides a 2-year Bible and Leadership Training in partnership with Veritas Malawi. The Bible and Leadership curriculum is composed of 4 modules and since 2014 we have had over 200 men and women complete the first Module and 60 men and women complete all four modules!  We also started funding secondary education for pastors and currently have 64 church leaders completing their high school education.
In addition, we asked Veritas Malawi to teach their sustainable farming techniques to the pastors and we bought a field where they could experiment with these drought resistant approaches to farming. Since then, this field has provided each pastor’s family a supplement of two months of food each year, assuring that they won’t go hungry before their next harvest. |
